Application process and dates

Thank you for your interest in Mount Academy! Application to our school is a 5-step process, outlined below. All steps must be completed by February 27, 2026.

1. Initial Visit

   Please attend our October Open House to meet staff and students, and for an introduction to our campus and programs. Check our Events page in the fall for more information, and to register.

   • If you didn’t make it to the Open House this year, please contact us using this form. We will schedule a tour with Q&A for you and your student. Tours are typically 30-45 minutes long, and are held during normal school hours (8am to 2:30pm.)

2. Online Application

   Please submit an online application, which only takes a few minutes to complete, by January 9, 2026.

3. Documentation

   After submitting your application, you’ll have access to our Admissions Portal, where you’ll have a checklist of items to complete, such as providing school records & letters of recommendation.

4. Shadow Day

   Your student will be scheduled to attend a full day of classes with a peer host who will guide them through the day and answer their questions. More information will be sent to you when the shadow day has been confirmed.

5. Family Interview

   The final step is an informal interview with both parents and the student, in which we get to know you more personally. Interviews are typically about 30 minutes long, and are held during extended school hours (8am to 4:30pm.)

We encourage you to apply early to make sure all steps are completed by the February 27, 2026 deadline.
